Marsellis Apartments in Pervolia

Marsellis Apartments are now in hand of my capable partner in Cyprus. Panikos took over the house in the beginning of 2002. With his years of experience he can guarantee a nice and pleasant stay. Renovation of Marsellis Apartments have been done in the winterseason 2001/2002 and since March on he is pleased to offer a place which will giving everything for a selfcatering holiday in a very good atmosphere.

Marsellis is located in a quiet side-street. Opposite you find a park with a small playground. Left to the building there is another playground. Supermarkets are 150m away and to the centre of the village with taverns and restaurants it is about 500m.

You will find 21 apartments and studios. There are apartments with one bedroom, apartments with 2 bedrooms and studios. All have a bathroom complete with shower and toilet and also a kitchenette. Each room has either balcony or veranda, the apartments with 2 bedrooms have 2 balconys.
All guests may use the swimming pool which is complete with a children`s area. Deckchairs and sunshades are available for free. Here you also find the grill which may be used from the guests.

The kitchenette is fully equipped and offers everything, which is needed for a self-catering holiday. The apartments and studios are furnished in a practical way and they are always kept absolutely clean. All rooms have a ceiling fan and TV.
 

The apartments are in 2 different buildings, between these buildings there is the swimming pool area. The balcony view is depending on the apartement either to sea, pool, Pervolia or mountains.

Pervolia is only 10km away from Larnaka airport and planes may start or land over Pervolia. Therefore it will be noisier sometimes. Most guests dont feel disturbed by this but I want to mention it here.
