This new built holiday park is directly by the sea, about 10 minutes driving from Pervolia and 5 minutes from Menou.

Here I can offer you 2 apartments with each 2 sep. bedrooms. One apartment is in the groundfloor and has a private swimmingpool and the other apartment upstairs with balcony offering a wonderful view to the sea.

Both apartments are furnitured absolutely comfortable. The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven, fridge and freezer, watercooker, coffeemachine and washing machine. There is enough cutlery and dishes. In the living room there is a table with 6 chairs, sofa and TV (local programmes), radio with CD-player. One bedroom is with 2 single beds, the other with a double bed. The bathroom is with shower and toilett.

The bedrooms

The building of the area is not yet completed. During my stay in october 2003 the lake was finished. There are still houses which will be build in 2004 but these are not on the area where the rental apartments are. But still I can not promise that you will notive that the complex is not yet finished.
