It is built 4 years ago and is liked as well because of its architectural appearance.

Whoever is looking for rest and solitude but will not do without a certain standart has found the right place here. A big meadow with trees is in front of your veranda and to the sea you just walk a minute. You also can relax at the pool with sunshades and deckchairs. .

Within the surrounding of 5 km there are no other hotels or apartment facilities. You find only some private houses and within walking distance there is a minimarket and 3 restaurants. Zygi, a small village which is famous for its delicous fishrestaurants is reached within 5 minutes by car.

The houses are with 105 square meters and offer a kitchen with livingroom, a big bedroom with 2 single beds on the groundfloor. In this bedroom you can put another 2 beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and lavatory. Upstairs you find another bedroom with a doublebed and another bathroom and a big balcony.

The appartements ar furnitured high-classsed and offer all comfort. The kitchen has a refrigerator, deep-freezer, microwave, washing-machine, cooker and oven. By that you have an iron and ironing-board.
Kitchen/livingroom and the upstair bedroom have an aircondition with timer and remote contraol. There is a radio, Sat-TV. You find garden furniture and a sunshade.

This facility is ideal for families. While you are sitting on your veranda, you always have an eye on the kids who can play in the garden, at the beach or in the pool.
You can fish from the mole and prepare it at your own barbeque grill.
